Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist will give strong and accurate back end support to the Accounts Payable Team in Australia.

• Accounts payable
• Posting suppliers stock invoices and credits
• Raising claims for any discrepancies with received goods
• Direct shipment invoicing
• Posting of small supplier / general expenses
• Support in credit card reconciliation
• Vendor payment allocation
• Vendor invoice administration
• Invoice processing of an average of 100 invoices per day
• Other tasks to be assigned by Immediate Manager

• Advanced level proficiency in using MS Excel is required for the position
• At least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in accounting
• Previous experience working in BPO is a definite advantage
• Must have effective planning, organizational skills and can work under pressure
• High attention to detail, dependable with value for work ethics and customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Provide prompt and professional client service at all times
• Must be willing to work in either Makati City or Bonifacio Global City in an early morning schedule (Monday - Friday)
