- Process vendor invoices in accordance with internal accounting policies
- Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
- Complete month end journal entries
- Prepare and process vendor invoice payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in billings and payments
- Maintain fixed asset list and CIP (construction in progress) account
- General review and processing of employee expense reports
- Complete reconciliation of credit card statements
- Intercompany reconciliation and analysis
- File sales and use taxes on a quarter/monthly/annual basis
- Manage 1099 payments and year end reporting
- Assist and provide documentation for audits
- Prepare special projects/reports as needed and substitutes for other staff as needed or assigned

- At least a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Knowledge in GAAP/Accounting principles is an advantage
- Must be knowledgeable in using MS Word and Excel
- Good oral communication skills and has keen attention to detail and high standards of integrity
- Candidates must be amenable to work in BGC in a Nightshift
