- Payment Allocations: Perform daily customer cash allocations, ensuring accurate and prompt allocations against respective invoices.
- AR mailbox ownership: Own the AR mailbox and deal with all customer/employee’s queries or requests in a timely and organised manner. Also work with the internal customer support team to help customers with their queries.
- Customer master data management: Own the management of all customers within the accounting system, regularly updating/reviewing customer master data as required.
- Month end reconciliations: Prepare the month end reconciliations associated with all accounts receivable and other debtors GL codes.
Help the Senior Credit Officer with ad-hoc daily tasks as instructed.

- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in an accounts receivable role within the FMCG industry. This will include experience with payment allocations, rebate calculations and credit collection.
- Fast learner, very organised, diligent individual who is capable of working with a team or independently under tight deadlines
- Proficient in applications including Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and desirably has experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- General understanding of accounting and GST concepts
- Ability to work in a face paced environment, dealing with a high volume of queries/tasks on a daily basis
- Amenable to work Onsite Dayshift, BGC Taguig
