- Ensuring accuracy of data inputs to facilitate informed business decisions and negotiations with suppliers
- Communicating with suppliers / carriers to assist with claims and disputes, in line with supplier / carrier trading terms and company policies
- Build and maintain close links with all suppliers, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate or Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance and Accounting or any related course
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in the related field such as customer and/or supplier relationship building
- Previous experience in customer and/or supplier relationship building
- Strong command of the English language; Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to communicate issues or solutions when identified
- Ability to work deadlines and prioritise workload
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Track record of taking responsibility and ownership for successful outcomes
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Excel and is tech savvy
- Understanding of eCommerce shipping/operational processes beneficial but not a requirement
