An Admin Company Nurse Consultant is responsible for providing immediate medical treatment to the employees of the company, which includes administering first aid treatments and proper medication, hospital endorsements for cases which need advanced medical attention, and maintaining medical and other related records of all employees. They are also tasked in performing administrative functions which ensures the smooth workflow of the company facilities and operations. The role requires an up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

As Company Nurse – 60%

  • Give first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
  • Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
  • Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
  • Examine, validates and makes sure that sick employees submits a medical certificate/fit to work
  • Maintains medical supplies inventory and purchasing
  • Processes employee HMO Coverage
  • Provides medical assessment on employee conditions
  • In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital

 

As Administrative Consultant – 40%

  • Provides reception support
  • Coordinates and liaises with the building property management team
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of vendor contracts or service agreements
  • Supervises office and departmental supplies purchasing, requisition, inventory and distribution
  • Company ID processing and release
  • Processes accommodation and transportation needs of clients
  • Processes business visas for employees scheduled to travel outside of the country
  • Performs other related task assigned by the Facilities and Administration Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Professional License holder (Registered Nurse)
  • With at least one (1) year working experience as a Company/Hospital Nurse is required for this position
  • Experience in the hospital setting is an advantage
  • Experience in the Emergency Room Department is an advantage
  • A Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is an advantage
  • Candidate must possess good English communications skills (both oral and written) and must be capable of communicating with all levels of authority
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Able to work independently, highly driven, team player
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Early Morning Shift
