Attendance Processing Administrator

Under direction, the Attendance Processing Administrator provides support to the People and Culture Department in collating and checking the attendance of all employees of the company. This position will generate attendance reports and will serve as a subject matter expert for attendance-related concerns such as overtime pay, holiday pay, and employee leaves. As part of the People and Culture team, this position
also provides General Human Resources support as needed.

Responsibilities

Attendance Processing

  • Collates and checks all attendance related data prior to submission to Finance.
  • Ensures compliance with timekeeping rules and regulations.
  • Subject matter expert for attendance-related process improvement projects.
  • Coordinates with Client Services in seamless processing of attendance data, which includes, but is not limited to, overtime pay, holiday pay, and employee leaves

Others

  • Prepares semi-monthly summary Attendance and Exceptions reports for payroll purposes
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Frequently works independently or with cross-functional teams in meeting job requirements.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Psychology or Human Resources is preferred but not required
  • At least one (1) year of experience in attendance processing / timekeeping is required
  • Must be able to cope with a fast paced environment and must be able to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Excellent English Communication skills is desired
  • Successful hire must have keen attention to detail, with strong planning, coordination, organizational and administrative skills
  • Must be amenable to early morning; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MNL; Monday – Friday work schedule
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
