Responsibilities

  • Accurately preparing special price loading using excel to support regular promotions
  • Learning and utilising SQL script for data analysis and report running
  • Competitor checking products & prices and making recommendations
  • Liaising with suppliers and other departments to resolve operational, content or quality issues
  • New supplier set up and quality control of new submissions
  • Processing product update tickets and queries
  • Do Adhoc duties as requested by your manager
  • Some photo editing may be requested but training will be provided
  • Naturally, there's the expectation that you'll bring good humour and a strong sense of personal style

Qualifications

  • The employee must have at least completed a minimum of one (1) year of service within the T&W team to be able to apply for the Internal Job Post
  • Should have a satisfactory performance rating or better in the most recent appraisal period
  • No final written warning for the past (6) months prior to the application has been issued by P&C
  • Must meet minimum experience, skill, and education qualifications for the open position
  •  At least 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/ Data Entry/Admin or any relevant experience
  • Experience in MS Excel is a requirement for the role
  • AU/US client background is more of a nice to have
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Successful hire must be easy to get along with, has the willingness to work and is open to feedback
