We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist who isn’t afraid to dive in and learn new things, and is motivated by the prospect of nurturing healthy and successful client relationships - the very core of our best in class service and support. You have some experience in client facing roles and have the ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts, deliverables, support and conflict, simultaneously.

You’re someone who figures things out independently and is eager to learn new things. You possess strong leadership abilities and are keen to make your mark in a growing, thriving industry.

Reporting directly to the Client Success Manager, the successful candidate will manage onboarding for new clients, support and troubleshoot client’s problems to develop a trusting relationship, and identify new opportunities for clients to find success using our products.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively oversee all new client relationships, from the sales handoff to the successful completion of onboarding.
  • Manage new client onboarding implementations as part of project management.
  • Maintain strong internal records of all client communications during and beyond the onboarding process.
  • Efficiently communicate with clients and team members.
  • Offer technical implementation support for website builds, mobile app builds, and Alexa skill builds.
  • Provide client support and troubleshooting services.
  • Utilize data, trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for expanding business with clients.
  • Support client renewals and upsells.
  • Continuously develop and enhance workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions for generating new products and services.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of proven experience working in Client Success/Service/Support or Account Management related roles.
  • Educational background in media, communications, broadcasting, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong presentation and training skills (both in person and remotely).
  • Thorough understanding of website content management (e.g., Wordpress) and social media engagement.
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft Office, Google Products, Windows operating systems, and related software.
  • Competency in project management would be an asset.
  • Experience in the Radio or TV Industry would be beneficial.
