- Answer incoming phone calls relating to job bookings, and enter the requirements into the system.
- Process paperwork for accounts to invoice
- Provide customer support and answer all customer queries
- Speak to drivers, allocators, and other departments about customer queries and follow through with the enquiry until resolution
- Support and work closely with all customer service team members
