The Digital Marketing Assistant will work with an Australian commercial team during an exciting period of growth, and assist with digital marketing for various global audiences.
The role will be responsible for day-to-day marketing and administration tasks, coordinating social media and marketing collateral, invoices and internal marketing strategy.
We’re looking for an organised self-starter with strong communication skills looking to develop their content marketing skills in a fast-moving, collaborate workplace.
Responsibilities
Support the commercial team with creating and sourcing content, and assist with the growth of Swoop Aero across platforms.
Contribute to the moderation of social channels, including posting content updates and tracking analytics.
Undertake creative content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Google Analytics weekly reporting
Reporting on achieved coverage and monitoring relevant press trends
Monitoring of Digital Ad spend and scheduling of online advertisement
Optimise marketing collateral databases across a range of platforms.
Help coordinate administration duties
Contribute to content on our website and social media channels.
Ensure marketing efforts align with immediate and long-term business goals.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in the digital marketing industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent Google Analytics and keyword research skills
Proficiency with web and/or social media analytics.
Familiarity with Google Suite
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively to ensure deadlines are met.
Experience in marketing or administration is highly desirable.
Must be willing to work in the morning shift following the Australian timezone
