- Communicate and assist in implementing technology projects for the advancement of Digital Marketing strategies
- Support the release of Email Direct Marketing (EDM) and other online marketing strategies
- Ensure online campaign is kept up to date and in line with current promotions
- Support strategic decisions based on website analytics and available sales data
- Managing all customer communication and electronic direct marketing initiatives. This would involve liaising with authors of content, proof reading, content refinement, briefing designers and developers, testing, sending and reporting
- Developing, implementing and advising on best practice customer attraction and retention strategies, including process mapping of the customer inbound journey
- Managing EDM database including segmentation, data collection and the development and management of the EDM calendar and EDM delivery
- Occasionally developing and drafting copy for different audiences and mediums, including EDMs, blogs, newsletters and white paper.
- Developing creative, innovative and unique concepts for digital promotions and competitions and managing production and design
- Managing and providing expert advice and guidance on Adwords campaigns including key word research, strategy and reporting
- Continuously enhancing SEO activities including auditing, identifying and solving problems
- Development of landing pages and call to action strategies

- Manage content sprints and the timely delivery of assets required for each within the month in question
- Liaise between SEO Advisor, Social Media Advisor, Media Team and key legal stakeholders to ensure we have content published in relation to all of client’s areas of law, major news stories we are affiliated with, sponsorship initiatives, etc.
- Work with SEO Advisor to put in place process to reach out to influencers during content planning and again at publication, to encourage them to share and expand our reach
- Ensure all content is consistent with the corporate voice and communications style of the business
- Ensure all content published meets minimum standards: there is appropriate imagery where required, the content is readable and engaging, and fundamental SEO standards are applied
- Update content strategy on an ongoing basis to ensure it reflects current business needs and supports our SEO and Social approach
- Add or change website profiles on the website as we are notified of changes
