.NET Developer

We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about Web Technologies and anything regarding Fitness and Lifestyle. The .NET Developer role will work with our technical team and clients to provide industry-leading, quality and maintainable solutions, which will help enable our client's success.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated back end developer at the junior to intermediate developer level. You must be delivery and outcome focused, with the ability to problem solve, take responsibility and contribute to a team-first culture.

• Contribute to the architecture and development of implementations and custom .NET web applications
• Develop new web applications utilizing existing, packaged or customized applications
• Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Perform complete testing of web applications – unit and system
• Participate in web project estimation and integration sessions
• Understand technical specifications provided and define program structure and general logic
• Completes technical analysis, design, coding and testing for development and support initiatives
• Ensures applications meet requirements and desired quality and signs off on all technical aspects of work
• Employ best practices for designing scalable, extensible, secure applications in a Windows environment
• Any other task/duty as directed by client/management

• Diploma or university degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• With 3 years or more hands-on software development experience using .NET technologies such as C#.NET , ASP.NET , ASP.NET MVC and database technologies such as SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Service, Entity Framework
• Experience with assorted Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XML
• Experience with the following JavaScript Frameworks: KnockoutJS, Typescript
• Exposure to CMS platforms preferred
• Core Technology

  • Familiarity with software design patterns and object-oriented concepts and principles
• Exposure in Agile software development methodology
• Ability to define and investigate system problems; understands, reads, and executes database scripts, system specifications, and business requirements
• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced global environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
