Outbound calls and call-backs to potential customers to understand potential customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
Influence prospective customers to complete purchases for services and/or schedule and manage follow-up conversations.
Own a robust sales pipeline to meet weekly and monthly sales targets, from first contact through registration.
Develops and maintains up-to-date understanding of the company's products and offerings.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and forecast to sales management.
Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.

2+ years of experience in sales or client services, including phone and email outreach, preferably within the SaaS or education products industry.
Interest in learning programming or previous programming experience is a plus.
Proven track record of success in outbound sales or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented.
Represents the company professionally when interacting with parents, students, external organizations, and fellow team members.
Comfortable asking for sales and directing customers to submit payment through a secure link.
Confidence in phone and email communication with potential customers.
Focused on hitting weekly and monthly targets with a demonstrated track record.
