Event Success Coordinator

As an Event Success Coordinator at EventMobi, you will have an opportunity to work directly with our clients in executing their events through onboarding, education, problem-solving and project coordination. You will work closely with our Account Management, Professional Services and Customer Support teams to ensure that our customers love using EventMobi and come back year after year.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our amazing customers and clients when they need help—we work with professional event planners and event marketers working at large corporations or associations
  • Create timelines and oversee the event project cycle, including initial onboarding, setting timelines, and strengthening ongoing relationships with customers
  • Project coordination of multiple events in various stages of the project cycle by liaising with team members from professional services, support, product and sales teams
  • Ensure customers are aware of the company’s initiatives and product updates
  • Occasionally be able to provide client support outside of normal working hours (evenings and weekends) during events
  • Communicate with stakeholders and staff members with empathy, compassion, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s College Degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, event planning or customer success. (Bonus points for experience planning virtual events!)
  • The ability to think outside of the box and apply creative solutions to continually improve the experience of our customers.
  • A desire to help people through empathy and understanding, with the ability to drive the project by adhering to project scope and timelines
  • Top-notch organizational skills and thorough in your documentation and follow-up practices. If multitasking makes you happy, you’ll love this position!
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM software an asset
  • Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure
  • Must possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative and flexibility to meet changing demands and challenges
  • Must have a conducive workspace at home
  • Must be amenable to work in nightshift (Manila) or shifting schedules
