- Monitor and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable inboxes
- Follow and manage internal invoice approvals process
- Enter in payables and receivable invoices into Business Central finance platform for approval by Australian staff.
- Raise invoices and issues to client
- Follow up clients on outstanding transactions
- Create payment files and issue to Australian team for verification, upload and approval
- Organize, manage and maintain document files for queries and auditing purposes

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent is preferred
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in Data Entry and Data Management
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially highly skilled in use of Excel)
- Have an experience processing 100 invoices per day
- Amenable to work Full time Onsite on a Dayshift schedule
