The Finance Manager will play a critical role developing and maintaining financial models related to business activity and communicating the financial story to the leadership team, in partnership with other members of the finance function.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related discipline.
- 5+ years finance experience; FP&A experience in a complex organization desirable.
- Self-starter with builder mentality
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Willing to work on a Hybrid Set-up in Cebu
