- Conducts Fixed Asset Management
- Prepares accruals and prepayments
- Oversight of accounts payable and receivable
- Performs balance sheet reconciliation
- Assistance with audit and controls
- Contribute to process improvement across daily/monthly tasks

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course, Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
- At least 2 years of work experience as Senior Financial Accountant is required for this role
- Candidates with background in Real Estate Property or Funds Management is an advantage
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
- Experience in Automated System is an nice to have but not a prerequisite
- Working knowledge in MRI Software is a plus
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift
