The Financial Research Data Analyst will be a part of a pioneer team for one of the leading financial data and services and proprietary discovery platform companies in the US. This role will mainly be responsible for conducting financial research on companies that are based in the US, Canada and EMEA region, focusing on topics related to a company’s profile, industries, company assets, revenues, investments, and compound growth. The person for this role must have the thirst for knowledge in discovering new things and must have a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services role or experience working with large datasets
- Candidates with Financial Data Background is a plus
- Knowledge in financial data and financial terminologies is an advantage
- With at least basic skill-level proficiency in MS Excel. Intermediate and advanced skills are an advantage
- Web scraping skills and programming skills, specifically in SQL and Python are an advantage
- Must have a keen attention to details and must be comfortable in handling large amounts of data
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must have high comprehension and aptitude
- Must be open to feedback and must be willing to undergo training
- Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (EST Timezone), Monday to Friday
