- 2+ years IT service desk and desktop support experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, SQ Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and RDS, Google G Suite
- Wifi and Printer troubleshooting
- Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills
- Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams
- Analytical and data driven approach
- Strong technical acumen, interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
- Bonus: Exposure/Familiarity to Linux, PHP, C#, Visual
