Summary

Frontline Sales Agent will be supports the customers to move homes easily and smoothly, or assist them when they need to review a bill for their property. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience of working in a contact centre, environment or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating, problem solving, and encouraging people to make informed decisions.
  • Analysing initial conversations with customers to develop a recommendation of
    products, plans, and services that address their needs.
  • Maintaining a customer-solutions focus at all times, to deliver the best possible outcome
    for both our customers and the business.
  • Leveraging the Movinghub platform to ensure compliance is met.
  • Demonstrating resilience and persistence during difficult conversations.
  • Building and establishing relationships with customers with rapport and trust.
  • Demonstrating high-level problem solving and objection handling.

  • Has proven ability to problem-solve, with a first call resolution mindset.
  • Has proven ability in supporting people to make informed decisions.
  • Has high attention to detail.
  • Has experience with working independently, meeting targets, and is used to a culture
    that is sales and customer service driven.
