- Preparation of daily unit prices and update of general ledger / unit pricing system and supporting work papers.
- Cash and Portfolio Reconciliations.
- Monthly management accounts preparation including commentary.
- Monthly regulatory and tax reporting (BAS etc.)
- Quarterly compliance lodgements.
- Assist with drafting statutory accounts including reconciliations and collating documents.
- Multiple ad-hoc tasks including preparation of analysis in response to queries from both internal and external parties.
- Ability to assist other teams in the organisation (E.g. fund management, operations, wider business) when required.
- Contribute to process improvement across daily/monthly tasks.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course, Certified Public Accountant is prerequisite for this role
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the related field
- Candidates with experience in Unit Pricing is preferred but not required
- With experience in Funds Management or Financial services industries is an advantage
- Preferably with working knowledge in PFS Paxus Fund Accounting/Sage software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advance) and must have strong English communication skills
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a team player. Can able to work with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Motivated, 'hands-on' individual with initiative, an inquisitive mind and a willingness to deal with any number of tasks which need attention.
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift
