RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Coverage and Registration
- Administer all personnel processes related to new and existing employees including personnel file administration, ID, and general inquiries.
- Ensures accurate documentation of personnel changes and additions to employee files and advises and / or forwards all changes to the HR Advisor and Payroll provider.
- Maintain leave accruals and other payroll accruals as necessary and provide payroll support to Operations
Manager and payroll provider
- Handles employee clearance for those employees leaving the company including clearance routing and processing, and releasing of final pay.
- Assist the HR Advisor in coordination of the performance appraisal process by reviewing performance evaluations and assist in educating operations supervisors on the process.
Statutory Benefits
- Processes applications for the availment of government mandated benefits.
- Answers employee inquiries regarding statutory benefits and the availment of the same.
- Updates the company and employees of developments regarding statutory benefits
- As needed, conduct orientation seminars on statutory benefits.
- Company-Initiated Benefits
- Answers employee inquiries regarding company-initiated benefits and the availment of the same.
- Maintains and regularly updates Control and Monitoring Lists for various employee benefits programs
- (Healthcare, etc.) which include interacting with outside vendors for the purpose of verifying and updating employee data.
- Participates in the establishment and review of benefits programs which includes interacting with outside vendors.
- As may be needed, conduct orientation seminars on company-initiated benefits.
- Implements company policies regarding various employee benefits such as Healthcare program, etc.
- Reports Generation and Admin Support
- Maintains headcount report and calibrates with HR services provider to ensure alignment of data
- Creation and updating of attendance reports
- Assists HR advisor in ensuring timely Performance Management reviews for employee appraisals and regularization
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for company employees and visitors/clients
- Maintains and updates employee files, documentation and records of the unit.
