Implementation Specialist (Night Shift)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Specialist to join our Professional Services team. The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for leading the event tech implementation projects, including registration, webiste and others. They will ensure a seamless and efficient experience for event planners and attendees. This role requires strong project management knowledge, communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of event registration processes and technology.

  • Lead and manage the implementation of event tech solutions , including setup and configuration of registration systems, management of registration data, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement registration strategies to improve the attendee experience, reduce registration errors, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience, to ensure a seamless event experience for attendees.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and technology advancements in event registration and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Review and approve attendee communications, such as registration confirmations and reminders, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support event registration and track progress.
  • Working with other teams and departments to escalate, resolve and/or follow up on issues
  • Debriefing with relevant teams or team members after an issue to identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and resources and/or product improvements
  • Creating documentation to be shared for internal training or customer training, as needed
  • Participating in product and feature testing to prepare for upcoming releases and updates
  • Sharing product feedback based on the customer issues, challenges and requests that have been identified in addressing technical support escalations
  • Execute Support escalation with 3rd level support / 3rd Party Suppliers

  • Candidate must possess equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation or website building
  • High Recommended knowledge of event registration technology and processes
  • Great leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess an analytical mindset to address complex issues and find solutions
  • Open and receptive to feedback on projects and tasks that are assigned
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high quality work
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
