- Liaise with suppliers regarding the timely supply of accurate product information and imagery.
- Arrange product photography (including bookings, samples, briefing) and manage through to final image
approval. - Entry and updating of product data and regular product information audits
- Prepare product information to submit new products to the website
- Respond to escalated customer care enquiries promptly and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and collect additional / updated product information when required
- Identify recurring issues with products and recommend improvements to the buyers
- Do Adhoc duties as requested by your manager
- Some photo editing may be requested but training will be provided
- Naturally, there’s the expectation that you’ll bring good humour and a strong sense of personal style!
