Inside Sales Specialist (NighShift)

Summary

We’re seeking a qualified Inside Sales Specialist to research target customers, build outbound
campaigns, respond to leads, qualify opportunities, and support the pre-sales process for our North
American sales team!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance sales performance and
    drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and stakeholders to understand business objectives and
    align sales enablement programs to meet those goals.
  • Work in a “pod” environment with your peers, sharing lead generation, research
    development, sales development, and sales operations tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure sales
    enablement programs are aligned with company messaging and offerings.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and adjust strategies
    accordingly.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • 5-7 years working in Client Services or Operations role for BPO company.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the
    ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate challenging
    situations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to understand customers' business goals and align our
    solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret customer data, identify trends, and
    provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, etc.).
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-
    functional team.
  • Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup; Office Location: BGC, Nighshift
