Leasing Coordinator (Hybrid - Night Shift Schedule)

The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for delivering on our core value of Customer Obsession by aiding residents through the leasing experience.   This role is responsible for both administrative and customer communication for prospective residents.  

• Provides information  to prospective customers inquiring on homes to rent on viewing, applying, and moving in
• Maintains well documented notes of efforts and service provided within Elara systems
• Ensures quick and timely communication to prospective residents
• Completes leasing communications to help guide customers to Elara homes
• Aids in compiling competitive research to help improve Elara leasing efforts
• Handles lease administration functions and tasks
• Cultivate strong relationships with both residents 
• Acquire, understand, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing policies and procedures

• High School graduate or GED and a valid Driver’s License with clean driving history
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• International Real Estate (Leasing) Experience Required
• Strong technical skills and abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little to no supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours which may include some weekends
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Amenable to work on a Hybrid Set Up in 1Nito Tower Cebu.
