Summary

The role of the Data Analyst is to provide support to the broader team on all aspects of costing client matters. The role is required to undertake data entry and reconciliation, assist in preparation of assessments and itemized accounts and provide general administrative support to the Legal Costing Team in Victoria.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and numerical reconciling work in progress accounts in Microsoft Excel
  • Provide general administrative and other support and assistance to the Legal CostingTeam
  • Assist in preparation of itemized accounts in Excel for checking, review and amendmentby theLegal Costing Law Clerk and/or National Costing Solicitor
  • Provide administration and organisational assistance to the Legal Costing Team
    Maintain the work list

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree
  • At least 2 years of related work experience in Data Analysis and Quality Assurance
  • Highly computer literate; intermediate level of Excel knowledge
  • Great attention to detail; able to catch errors & suggest solutions
  • The ability to learn and follow established processes
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively work with a team
    Macros experience preferred, but not essential
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig in
