Livestream Support Specialist (Customer Service) - Night Shift

A Livestream Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing the prioritization, management and production projects including livestream meetings and/or conferences. This role will work directly with our clients to help them with their virtual meetings and events, in addition to working closely with the company’s internal teams to assist with questions, issues and matters related to these projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our clients and the internal team to produce livestream meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct technical meetings with our clients to present the platform and review the flow of the event and any livestream sessions.
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of livestream video for virtual sessions.
  • Communicate with clients directly regarding each project status and updates.
  • Work with the internal and Customer Support teams to address questions and issues related to livestream video projects.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or in a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of the functional characteristics and use of the livestream platform Zoom, preferred
  • A basic understanding of RTMP and video streams
  • A basic understanding and skills in video editing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
  • Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
  • Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player, receptive to new ideas, and can easily adapt to change
  • Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
  • Must be comfortable handling and escalating critical incidents when necessary
  • Experience in event planning is an asset

  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City; night shift
