Load Support (Data Entry)

The primary responsibility of the role is to work independently on delivering fulfilment services across all brands for customers who are travelling with us. The primary responsibility of the role is to work with the Team Manager of Product Load on all activity for system loads allowing us to sell product via all channels. To liaise with the Quality and Systems Specialist regarding required service updates and system problems (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the loading of all hotel, transfers and tour contracts & packages (across all systems)
  • Responsible for the loading of all airfare allowances (across all systems)
  • Responsible for the testing contract & package loads (across all systems)
  • Responsible for the working with and interpretting excel load forms with the ability to apply the content to all systems
  • Work with IMS, Admin and complete inventory requirements
  • Troubleshooting all system issues raised by Team Leaders
  • Following QA guidelines to complete all tasks using supplied check lists
  • Transparent & regular communication between all stakeholders, to ensure smooth transition of activities are carried out, via JIRA
  • Track all work with supplied calculators for Core & Non Core Activities

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
