You will play a key role in building an industry leading fulfilment operation and home delivery experience. In addition to monitoring our fulfilment performance and efficiency, you will liaise with other internal stakeholders (such as customer care) to improve overall customer fulfilment experience.

Responsibilities
Maintain and continue to develop 3PL warehouse performance dashboards and lead weekly calls with sites to review operational SLAs
Engage external warehouses and internal stakeholders via phone, e-mail and chat applications to solve immediate operational issues
Review, investigate and respond to Customer Care enquiry emails within <24 hours
Resolve outbound order fulfillment concerns, including shipping questions, back-order inquiries, and more, using a variety of software tools
Manage a complex workload and hit key performance targets daily
Engage internal stakeholders to develop cross-functional projects, to improve order accuracy and reduce fill days
Meet or exceed current internal standards while identifying areas for proactive improvement.
Consistently project a high level of professionalism
Recognize, document and alert Logistics Manager of ongoing issues or trends thatrequire escalation.
Seek to continuously improve processes while maintaining SOP work instructions.
Investigate and drive projects and continue to automate key daily tasks
Cross-trained in other Logistics and Operations tasks such as but not limited to International Logistics, Purchasing, etc. to support our team in backup coverage from time to time when the company needs flexible support.
