Support Logistics Manager (Technology & Modelling) to ensure SAP process, configuration, integration, master data are maintained, continuously improved and fit for purpose. Working closely with our fulfilment, transport, international, purchasing, customer care, category management, finance and engineering teams to ensure great execution of system functionality. You will play a key role in providing best-in-class technical efficiency across the client’s supply chain.
Responsibilities
SAP system administration
Become a superuser for SAP Business One process and master data.
Provide SAP solution administration support to SAP users.
Monitor SAP integration framework, undertake fault detection and incident/problem resolution.
Monitor and assess SAP process performance trend analysis, undertake regular SAP housekeeping.
Create and manage SAP queries, alerts and scheduled reports.
Create and maintain SAP master data, including item master data, bill-of-materials in the production database using DTW tool.
Maintain SAP MRP forecast scenario with company inventory demand forecast input.
Reconcile and update SAP transaction records, including Sales A/R documents, Purchasing A/P documents and Inventory Transactions documents.
SAP change administration
Develop documentation of SAP solution and future project roadmap.
Develop documentation of SAP process blueprint, details including business process flow chart, process steps, data model diagram.
Develop documentation of SAP standard operating procedures.
Document SAP process change, integration change, configuration change, and data model change.
Prepare, plan, coordinate and document SAP functional test cases scenario.
Communicate effectively with SAP users and SAP consultants for SAP process change impact and business requirements.
Document SAP consultancy project schedule and work breakdown structure.
Manage SAP scheduled maintenance downtime restoration health check.
Support SAP system upgrades, integration and migration.
Qualifications
Tertiary Degree Qualifications in information technology or related fields
Certified Associate in SAP Business One Release 10.0/9.2 or SAP R/3 MM module
Experience in SAP accounts receivable and accounts payable process flow
Experience in SAP integration with external warehouse management system.
SQL experience including designing SQL queries, understanding of database structures, and the relationship between SQL tables
Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce.
Excellent technical documentation writing skills.
Excellent process-oriented logic.
Proficient in both SAP technical and business functional terms and acumen
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great approach to collaborate with different business units and stakeholders
High attention to detail
Microsoft Visio or similar diagram and flowchart maker
Microsoft Excel - advance level: data modelling, and formulas
Schedule will be for Mondays to Fridays, morning shift.
This role will be for work onsite.
