Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to the marketing manager.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle correspondence, and maintain marketing materials.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to streamline daily operations.

Data Management:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data to track campaign performance.
  • Generate insightful reports that inform decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support marketing activities.

Content Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the content team to coordinate the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and report on content engagement metrics.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Manage logistics, registrations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and meet marketing goals.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the management of digital marketing efforts, including social media scheduling, email campaigns, and website updates.

Vendor Relationships:

  • Communicate with external vendors and partners to obtain quotes, process invoices, and manage relationships related to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
