The Mobilisation Officer will be responsible to perform all elements of the mobilisation process whilst meeting set KPI’s and targets. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining the recruitment/mobilisation database records and the on-going management of the contractor workforce and client needs.

Responsibilities
Processing and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for projects, shutdowns and maintenance works.
End to end mobilisation of new starters to various sites Australia wide by guiding candidates through necessary paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Review of employee qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilising requirements are met.
Candidate communication – serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing regular updates on mobilisation details, projects progress, and any additional documents or training needs.
Database management – maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and project information in our database, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible.
Manage compliance by monitoring and uploading expiring documents/competencies.
Management of site CMP (Contractor Management Plans) on fortnightly/monthly submissions with compliance communicated with employees to avoid noncompliance.
Book training, PPE and site inductions for the existing workforce were direct by senior management.
Booking flights, travel and accommodation as directed by senior management.
Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Specialist/Compliance Officer
Experience of being part of an AU Account is an advantage.
A graduate from any computer-related course is an advantage.
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on and detail-oriented
Positive attitude who can adapt with the current team.
