- Design and prepare artwork for publication across multiple brands and channels
- Create organic digital ‘tile’ content to publish on Social Media across multiple brands (much of this will be scheduled in advance)
- Edit raw video footage into short pieces for promotion on social and website
- Update the company website
- For additional website assets, update and create designs for new pages and Improve designs for existing pages following design style guide and best website practices (responsive and fast to load)
- Following the direction of Communications Manager, create content aligned with short-term and long term projects:
- Short Term – weekly organic social media content (tiles, imagery etc.)
- Long Term – Website (plan and develop site content, style and layout)
- Ensure brand consistency across channels
- Prepare eNewsletter templates in Mail Chimp
- Create tiles for organic social posting on Facebook and Instagram
- Create tiles for advertising on social media channels
- Manage content distribution to online channels (as advised by Communications Manager)
