- Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPI’s, as required.
- Create and manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts and other customizations.
- Provide support in rolling out NetSuite functionality to support local and global requirements.
- Provide support for NetSuite release management, co-ordinating, testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide internal training to NetSuite users, working toward best practices and process improvements.
- Provide support and assistance for all end users across P2P, O2C and R2R.
- Troubleshooting of issues between NetSuite and third party solutions, specifically related to billing.
