Responsibilities
Reach out to a list of customers via email and/or phone to explain the benefits of migrating to PayPal's PCP account.
Provide step-by-step guidance and assistance to customers in updating their PayPal accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress using Excel or Google Sheets.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless migration process.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in handling financial account
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous e-commerce knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent.
