Outbound Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

The Customer Service Representative will be the face of the service team. He/She will interact with customers primarily through outbound phone calls and email, in addition to helping customers connect with their Account Manager for more complex servicing requests.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling all telephone and e-mail enquiries to existing customers
  • Problem solve with customers who call in and find a resolution
  • Connect customers with their assigned Account Manager when requiring assistance from a licensed insurance professional
  • Send customers relevant account information via email upon request

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School diploma
  • At least two (2) to three (3) years of customer service (Outbound calls) experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while
  • adhering to policies and procedures
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-starter and has keen attention to details
  • Demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Amenable to work on a night shift Mondays to Fridays
  • Amenable to start ASAP
