Product Content Assistant

The Product Content Assistant will build, maintain and improve our online product catalogue.

 

• Quality checking new product submissions, ensuring product names, content and images are accurate, complete and comply with quality standards
• Compiling reporting of any errors or missing
• Entering submission projects; providing constant support to our internal teams so as products appear on the site as per internal deadlines
• Using online tools to upload new products to the site accurately and efficiently
• Coaching suppliers through the various product information projects and obtain new product submissions
• Completing ad hoc updates to product content as requested by other departments via the merchandising ticketing system
• Liaising with internal teams to implement improvements to the product additions process
• Conducting pre-live Quality Assurance processes and setting new products live onsite
• Copywriting and editing of product content
• Other ad hoc tasks as requested by your manager

• Highly computer literate especially with Excel
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Great attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills and organisational skills
• Previous experience in the product content handling or ecommerce uploading preferred, but not essential
• Previous experience in data validation or conversion also preferred, but not essential
• Team-player and able to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City in an early morning shift
