- Actively managing team daily workflow to meet speed and quality requirements of product uploads and product changes tickets
- Quality controlling new product submissions and outreach projects to ensure product information is accurate and provide best user experience
- Providing training, performance improvement coaching and leadership to team members
- Preparing catalogue KPI reports
- Coaching suppliers through the various product information projects
- Applying problem-solving skills to troubleshooting
- Quality checking new product submissions, ensuring product names, content and images are accurate, complete and comply with quality standards
- Ensuring products are attributed correctly to improve site search functionality
- Completing ad hoc updates to product content as requested by other departments via the merchandising ticketing system
- Copywriting and editing of product content where required

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
- Previous experience as a team leader, preferably in the product content creation environment
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Great attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills and organisational skills
- Highly computer literate especially with Excel
- SQL skills is a definite advantage
- Interest and/or knowledge and qualifications in furniture, homewares or interiors
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City in an early morning shift (6:00 am – 3:00 pm)
