- Creating job cost codes for ad hoc capex items
- Reviewing Tenant contracts
- Processing payments, collections and billings
- Assisting with preparing Casual Car parking license's (from template) and arranging tenant execution through DocuSign
- Tenant rental ledgers reconciliations for office and retail assets (WA only) (AR Team, MR to f/up)
- Maintaining tenant contacts and updating the MRI database
- Follow up Tenants regarding outstanding certificates of currency

Specifically focusing on raising sundry charges, assisting with arrears, creating job cost codes, tenant rental ledger reconciliations and tenant contacts. The role will sit under the Accounts Receivable team.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree
- Related work experience in property administration and accounting for Australian based retail and office spaces
- Experience with processing sundry charges through smart forms
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (Billing, Collections, AR posting and Cash Applications)
- Experience in reviewing the tenant contracts
- Strong communicator, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of software platforms MRI, Yardi or similar large ERP
- Highly motivated with strong customer focus
- Highly organized and with strong attention to details
- Adaptable and flexible to change; systems and process
- Continuous improvement focus
- Must be willing to work on a Hybrid set-up
