Property Financial Accountant (Hybrid Set Up - Day Shift Schedule)

This role primarily involves owning key financial accounting functions for the property division. The role will be in a share service environment and is expected to work alongside the rest of the Business Services Team based in Manila. This role will report to Property Financial Accounting Supervisor.

The tasks and responsibilities for the role include: 

• End of Month Close
• Accruals
• Prepayments
• Oversight of accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Monthly Reporting
• Ad-hoc project work
• Assistance with audit and controls

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course,  Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Property Financial Accountant is required for this role
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
• Experience in Automated System is a nice to have but not a prerequisite
• Working knowledge in MRI Software is a plus
• Must have strong English communication skills
• Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City in a Hybrid Setup
