- Preparation of monthly reporting/ management accounts
- Preparation of monthly fund level journals (including fund accruals, IFRS adjustment journals, etc)
- Preparation/review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of tax calculations (BAS, Annual income tax calculations)
- Maintenance of the treasury summary including calculation and recording of interest accruals and prepayments and recording MTM on derivatives
- Preparation of deliverables for financial reporting as required, including financial statements
- Support the monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting processes, including assistance to audit process

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be an Accountant that is CA/CPA qualified with business services or property fund experience.
- Big 4 or mid-tier chartered experience prior to commercial roles and experience in property and funds management will be well regarded.
- Previous experience in fast paced environment.
- System experience (MRI property management system)
- Motivated, 'hands-on' individual with initiative, an inquisitive mind, and a willingness to deal with any number of tasks which need attention.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as a large portion of the role involves interaction with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Amenable to be in a Hybrid work Setup (Office is located in BGC)
