QA Automation Engineer (Mobile Testing)

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to develop, maintain, and update our QA processes and applications, associated administration and transactional platforms.

• You will work with the development team to define manual testing and test automation coding norms, including technology/tool selection, oversight of their implementation, and promoting continuous improvement through periodic reviews.
• Support engineering team to test and verify site appearance, functionality and performance.
• You will identify meaningful trends and practices for us to confidently we can release quickly and with high confidence.
• Create and maintain UI automation Tests and participate in the QA roadmaps
• Contribute to increase automation coverage
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and take automation to continuous integration
• Drive best practices in automation testing
• Propose automation design improvements for successful implementation

• Coding experience with Selenium/Codeception etc.
• Experience delivering software in an agile, CI-based environment
• Good command on manual/exploratory testing practices
• Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently
• Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
• Strong technical acumen, interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
• Expertise in automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit and/or JMeter.
• Preference for small teams and highly focused environment
• Love to learn new skills and technologies to solve problems for customers and clients
• Enjoy breaking things
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving culture
• Familiarity and passion for browser technology
• Want to be a part of a team working to build an awesome e-commerce platform for desktop platforms and mobile. As the business grows, we will also be working on tools to help scale technical operations within production, fulfilment and customer care.
