- Take position brief and draft Job Advertisements according to brand guidelines
- Leverage social media to circulate advertisements including posting vacancies to Linkedin and Seek
- Research and report on recruitment processes to optimise efficiency and reach
- Update and maintain HR calendar with key dates including:
- onboarding process
- staff annuity
- birthday
- performance reviews
- regularization date
- Send and process HR forms as required including:
- executed employment documentation
- leave approvals
- performance feedback requests
- performance review summaries
Recruitment
- Screen and shortlist candidates within candidate management system according to provided brief
- Communicate directly with candidates to arrange interviews/appointment set
- Perform reference checks according to provided checklist
- Maintain contractual document templates and update as required to brand guidelines
- Maintain and update candidate management system, providing ongoing application feedback as required
Onboarding
- Compile onboarding documentation for e-delivery to new recruits
- Update staff matrix with new recruit information
- Circulate recruit details to relevant departments to allow for streamlined onboarding process
Others
- Report against deliverables on daily and weekly basis
- Maintain clear communication between team members
