- Maintain internal and external applicant tracking systems for up-to-date information in all stages of the interviewing process.

- With at least 3-5 years of previous relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is preferred but candidates with extensive local recruitment experience are also welcome to apply
- Experiences in sourcing candidates from North America is an advantage
- Candidate must have an experience in Account Management
- Candidate must have an exposure in dealing with Internal and External Clients, Hiring Managers and Stakeholders
- Candidate must be able to work independently and can take ownership and accountability
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Must be amenable to work in night shift schedule, following the Eastern Timezone
- Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
