- Partner with the business to assist in the review of sales agreements to assess revenue recognition.
- Review current revenue recognition processes/procedures and implement process improvements.
- Support quarterly reviews and annual audits performed by auditors.
- Responsible for monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- In charge of the daily reconciliation between bank and company accounts as well as handling daily receipts, and monthly revenue reports.
- Making sure that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded.
- Responsibility for the preparation of corporate revenue such as the following:
- Project management services
- Property management revenues
- Brokerage revenue
- Subscription as a service revenue
