- Responding to General Supplier Questions: Addressing inquiries and concerns from
customers and suppliers regarding completed sales, providing necessary information,
and offering support. - Order Tracking and Milestone Management: Utilizing Netsuite to track orders throughout
the entire process, using tasks to monitor and update key milestones. - Communication and Status Updates: Keeping partners, customers, and internal team
members informed about the status of their orders, ensuring timely and accurate
communication. - Supplier Engagement and Support: Collaborating with suppliers to facilitate ordering
processes and handle any necessary escalations during order implementation. - Netsuite Data Management: Ensuring that Netsuite is regularly updated with all relevant
