- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in sales and service
- Background in transportation is an advantage but not a strict requirement
- Experience in handling Australian, American, and British clients is an advantage but not a strict requirement
- Must have good typing and language skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be able to match the existing culture of the team, an outgoing attitude, and must be driven in providing information and assistance to the sales team
- Must be willing to work from Monday to Friday work schedule following a 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift
