We're seeking an Sales Development Representative to join our forward-thinking, tech-driven company. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore the SaaS industry and the world of sales. Responsibilities

  • Building a pipeline of leads for the sales team by identifying, researching, and generating new target prospects through all channels.
  • Strategically prospecting key account targets and contacts.
  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects using content, email, phone, and social media.
  • Converting target prospects into sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the client’s needs and challenges.
  • Conducting effective qualification conversations with prospects based on your deep understanding of our product value proposition.
  • Setting up meetings with our Sales Executives.
  • Recording accurate information on prospects and your interactions within the CRM.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful Sales Development or Business Development experience.
  • Proficiency in software sales is REQUIRED.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn outreach and the LinkedIn Sales Navigator Tool.
  • Previous experience in Australia and New Zealand is preferred.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales.
  • Strong commitment to building customer relationships and confidently presenting our product.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is REQUIRED.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset.
  • Resourcefulness and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
