- Collation & maintenance of APAC Australlia and Distributor masterfile information
- Maintenance of customer category wholesale and RRP in NetSuite
- Monthly tracking and communication of excess and clearance stock
- Liaise with merchandise, sales and finance teams to ensure optimum stock management between LB and LBO locations.
- Sales Order entry and management to KPI – orders to be managed and processed across Sales Inbox, NuOrder and EDI platforms
- Support Global Supply Chain lead to meet agreed warehouse order processing SLAs
- Support securement of payments from prepaid accounts for proforma invoice
- Check inventory status to ensure orders can be shipped and are in correct entity
- Process sales orders across sales inbox, NuOrder and SPS platforms
- Process wholesale faulty and incorrect shipment claims –return authorisation and GRNs
- Order approvals, credit and proforma accounts
- Stock movement reconciliations including daily stock sync discrepancies, stock take etc.
- International Distributor Sales Order Entry and Management – Liaise with LTD sales, production and finance teams to ensure smooth order management for DOT Distributor orders
- Entry and maintenance of Distributor Orders
- Communication with Distributors on order process
