Sales Order Administration (Netsuite Experience)

Cultivate strong relationships with all partners both internal and external, facilitate deliveries from Supplies to destination ports, investigate operational issues and drive improvements across international supply chain. Support Australia order processing and management to meet company and warehouse KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Collation & maintenance of APAC Australlia and Distributor masterfile information
  • Maintenance of customer category wholesale and RRP in NetSuite
  • Monthly tracking and communication of excess and clearance stock
  • Liaise with merchandise, sales and finance teams to ensure optimum stock management between LB and LBO locations.
  • Sales Order entry and management to KPI – orders to be managed and processed across Sales Inbox, NuOrder and EDI platforms
    • Support Global Supply Chain lead to meet agreed warehouse order processing SLAs
    • Support securement of payments from prepaid accounts for proforma invoice
    • Check inventory status to ensure orders can be shipped and are in correct entity
    • Process sales orders across sales inbox, NuOrder and SPS platforms
    • Process wholesale faulty and incorrect shipment claims –return authorisation and GRNs
    • Order approvals, credit and proforma accounts
    • Stock movement reconciliations including daily stock sync discrepancies, stock take etc.
  • International Distributor Sales Order Entry and Management – Liaise with LTD sales, production and finance teams to ensure smooth order management for DOT Distributor orders
    • Entry and maintenance of Distributor Orders
    • Communication with Distributors on order process

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales Admin
  • Data entry and System Management Experience
  • Experience in Netsuite (Required)
  • Systems management (NetSuite, NuOrder, EDI management)
  • Strong spoken and written capability in English
  • Shipping and Logistic Coordination (Nice to haves)
